These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the use of WhatsApp messaging services provided by General Equipment and Co ("the Company") as part of the "Help Your Shelf HK" smart vending solution.
1. 簡介
本服務條款（「條款」）適用於通用器材及保養公司（「本公司」）所提供的 WhatsApp 訊息服務，該服務為「Help Your Shelf HK」智能售賣方案的一部分。
2. Purpose of Messaging
The WhatsApp messaging service is used solely to send digital receipts to customers who have made purchases through our smart vending machines.
2. 訊息用途
WhatsApp 訊息服務僅用於向使用我們智能售賣機購物的顧客發送電子收據。
3. Message Frequency
Messages will only be sent when a customer requests a WhatsApp receipt after a purchase. No unsolicited messages will be sent.
3. 訊息頻率
訊息僅在顧客完成購物後並請求 WhatsApp 收據時發送，不會主動發送任何未經要求的訊息。
4. Client Consent
By entering and submitting your WhatsApp number at the vending machine, you consent to receive a receipt via WhatsApp.
4. 顧客同意
當您在售賣機上輸入並提交 WhatsApp 電話號碼，即表示您同意透過 WhatsApp 接收收據。
5. Opt-out
No further messages will be sent unless a new receipt is requested. To avoid receiving messages, simply do not request WhatsApp receipts.
5. 取消接收
除非再次請求收據，否則不會收到其他訊息。如不希望接收訊息，請不要選擇 WhatsApp 收據。
6. Data Privacy
We only collect your phone number to send the requested receipt via WhatsApp. Your data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.
6. 資料私隱
我們僅收集您的電話號碼，以便透過 WhatsApp 傳送所請求的收據。您的資料將被安全儲存，且不會用於其他用途。
